Our complaints procedure
At the Big Lottery Fund we try to give the best service possible. However we recognise that this does not always happen and you may wish to make a complaint.
Making a complaint will not affect your chances of receiving a grant from us in the future.

We are interested in any comments that you may wish to make, so don’t worry whether your concerns fit with the description of a complaint.
We also welcome comments from members of the public who have concerns over an application that we have received or a project that we have funded. Our raising a concern document explains what we are able to consider.
